Q: Are you insured and police-checked?

Absolutely. Your safety is our priority. Shine Group holds full Public Liability Insurance (up to $20 million) to protect your property. Additionally, every cleaner undergoes a strict National Police Check and vetting process before joining our team.

Q: What is the difference between a Regular Clean and a Deep Clean?

A Regular Clean is for maintaining cleanliness (vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, dusting surfaces). A Deep Clean is a top-to-bottom restoration that includes scrubbing tile grout, washing skirting boards, cleaning inside window tracks, and moving light furniture to clean behind.

No. We bring everything needed to make your space shine, including professional vacuums, mops, cloths, and cleaning agents. If you prefer us to use your specific products (e.g., for allergies), just let us know in advance.

Can I trust the cleaners alone in my home or office?

Yes. Most of our residential and commercial clients are not present during the clean. You can leave a key in a lockbox, provide a keypad code, or arrange access with our reception. We treat your property with the utmost respect and security.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

We love Melbourne’s environment! We use high-quality, eco-friendly, and non-toxic products that are safe for pets, children, and allergy sufferers. If you require 100% green cleaning, please mention it when booking.

How does your End of Lease Bond Back Guarantee work?

We follow strict agency-approved checklists. If your property manager identifies any cleaning-related issue within 72 hours of our service, simply contact us. We will return and re-clean those specific areas for free. We are committed to helping you get your full bond back.

How long does a house clean take?

It depends on the size and condition of your home. As a general guide:

2-Bedroom Unit: 2–3 hours (Regular) / 4–6 hours (End of Lease).
4-Bedroom House: 3–4 hours (Regular) / 6–10 hours (End of Lease).

Do you clean windows?

Yes. Our standard service includes internal window cleaning. We also offer external window cleaning (ground floor and second storey via pole system) as an add-on service.

What about my pets?

We are a pet-friendly company! We just ask that you let us know if you have pets so we can bring the right vacuum attachments for pet hair. If your pet is anxious around strangers/vacuums, we recommend securing them in a safe area.
