Terms of Service – Shine Group Melbourne
1. Service Scope
Our Vacate Cleaning service is designed for empty properties. We follow a specific checklist to satisfy property managers. We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, deep scratches, or mold that has penetrated silicon/grout.
2. The 72-Hour Rectification Policy
If your agent requests further cleaning, we will return free of charge provided that:
- We are notified within 72 hours.
- No other contractors (painters, carpet layers, etc.) have entered the property after us.
- Electricity and hot water are connected for our team to use.
3. Personal Property & Valuables
- Empty Property Policy: The client acknowledges that the property must be completely empty of all furniture, boxes, and personal items before we arrive.
- No Liability for Items: Shine Group Melbourne is strictly a cleaning service provider. We accept NO liability for any loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings, cash, jewelry, or household items left on the premises. It is the client’s sole responsibility to remove all items prior to the service.
4. Damage & Pre-existing Conditions
We treat your home with care. However, we are not responsible for:
- Damage resulting from loose fixtures (e.g., broken blinds, loose knobs, unsecure shelving) that dislodge during standard cleaning.
- Damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear.
5. Payments
Full payment is required upon completion. We reserve the right to withhold the cleaning receipt (required for your bond refund) until the invoice is paid in full.
